Central Government client require an Organisational Development Support for the implementation of the Corporate Workforce Strategy programme.
The Organisational Design (OD) work stream are seeking to procure professional advice and support to enable them to manage the implementation of consistent role profiles and linked role based developments.
The person will work directly to the OD work stream leader in specific areas relating to the project and with a strong requirement to maximise interdependencies including other work streams.
They will also have close contact with the Senior Responsible Officer/HR Director, Programme Manager Organisational Development Director, other Work Stream leaders, other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities have been agreed as follows:
�Work with stakeholders through written and face to face engagement to develop the role profile product using developed criteria and within scope.
�Produce the products against the agreed criteria and gain sign off.
�Support development of control mechanisms and processes which link into a business as usual model.
�Help shape and inform communications plans and products during implementation stages.
�Key role in developing the criteria for embedding the products to support full maximisation of benefits.
�Ensure role profile products enable delivery of linked activities with particular emphasis on role based development.

Skills/Experience
In the event of the successful person being unavailable (i.e. due to illness) a suitable replacement would be required.

�Analytical skills

This is a home based role with the requirement to travel to the following locations: Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and London.
