A large Utilities client is looking for a Portfolio Project Co Ordinator to start ASAP.

Essential Experience Required: Proven experience of working within a project team. Previous work experience using Clarity. Proven experience of the use of office IT applications. Working in both a Prince & Agile environment.

Responsibilities will include: Acting as the focal point for portfolio co-ordination and control activities. Maintaining governance standards, processes and templates. Analysing data, maintaining, monitoring and reporting systems and processes and produce MI reports. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project/programme plans. Monitor and report on Risks, Issues and Change.
Develop and maintain MI reporting systems.


The successful candidate will have an understanding of:
Prince and Product Breakdown structures. PPM tools, preferably Clarity. Risk management techniques. Quality management systems. Project planning tools and techniques. Change control, configuration management systems. Financial management. Capacity Planning & Resource Scheduling. Use of office IT applications and technology (eg. MS Office, Video conferencing). Library management.
