Resource Planning Manager required for my utilities client.

Skills:

Previous work experience with PPM Tool, preferably Clarity.
Previous work experience in Project Management.
Working in an Agile delivery environment.
Working in both Project & Portfolio environment.
Resource Planning & Scheduling Modelling, incl. what if scenario planning
Stakeholder management and governance
Risk management techniques
Project planning tools and techniques including Gannt, Critical path analysis.

Outline of responsibilities:

Provides Leadership and support to existing team to:
Improve and implement Resource Scheduling and Planning models to meet Portfolio Demand
Develop and implement Governance model to allow for effective Capacity Planning
Support the reporting Framework for resource demand ensuring timing, consistency and quality of resourcing
