My Utilites client are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Change Co-ordinator for an initial 6 month contract.

The Service Delivery Change Co-ordinator will report in to the Service Delivery Change Manager. This role is pivotal in scoping, shaping and delivering changes within the Service Delivery Change Team. The role provides a link between the Service Delivery Team and internal/external IS teams and the business to accurately capture, represent and deliver Business as Usual change, such as Service Continuity Testing, Maintenance Releases, Patching and UVT Coordination.

Skills Required:

ITIL Foundation.
End to end service understanding.
Influencing skills.
Stakeholder Management.
Matrix Management across a variety of teams: Internal IS and Shared Services, 3rd, parties and business.
Appreciation of technology used in an upstream and midstream utility organisation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exposure to project management within a structured methodology.
Ability to build good working relationships with Business teams and IS Teams.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
