MWH company profile & vacancies

Founded over 150 years ago MWH has grown to become a global leader in power, water and wastewater. There are now more than 7,000 employees working across the globe on some of the biggest projects around. Over the decades the company has expanded its core competencies from water and wastewater into a wide range of environmental and business services.

MWH is the largest engineering consultancy firm within the UK water industry (New Civil Engineer Consultants File 2008). Thanks to its reputation and the skills of its teams the company has been able to win some of the biggest contracts in the sector. Examples of success include projects such as Almond Valley and Seafield PFI where MWH is undertaking a 30-year project to improve the costal waters in the Firth and Forth by improving four major wastewater treatment plants, and the refurbishment of the Thirlmere Aqueduct...read more

GLOBAL CANDIDATE PIPELINE: an update

The main function of the Immigration Advisory Service is to provide assistance for the placement of non-EU candidates where NES was previously unable and unauthorised to do so.

Registration with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), the government body that regulates all immigration advisers in the UK, allows NES to conduct this service professionally and within the law.

Recent changes to the immigration system in the UK have placed additional responsibilities upon both employers and recruitment agencies, which must ensure that an individual is eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence that all reasonable checks have been made to this effect...read more.
