NES tops recruitment league table

Neil Tregarthen, CEO at NES, has expressed his “delight” at the firm’s position in first place within the Crain’s Manchester Business league table of recruitment companies.

The table, which sees the top recruitment companies in the North West ranked according to their 2007/08 gross revenue, saw NES at £253,000,000. Neil Tregarthen attributes much of this success to the company’s global expansion - into New Jersey, Canada, Perth, Sydney and Jakarta – during 2008.

“Further expansion into the science and trades sectors and the establishment of two additional UK offices – in Leeds and London City - will contribute to our continued success during 2009,” says Neil. “This volume of expansion has been made possible as a result of a shared focus among NES employees, who provide a guaranteed, discipline specific recruitment service,” Neil adds.

“This focus has served the company exceptionally well and, as we face the challenges that will we undoubtedly encounter over the next year we can ensure that, by offering our customers an unparalleled level of service, we continue to grow, despite the global economic downturn,” Neil concludes.
